ABOUT PROJECT
Underline arrived with the ambitious goal of ending the internet service provider monopolies that strangle small US cities. It was time to create a stronger connection. Inspired by the fully-local teams that were committed to this launch community, the refreshed Underline brand creates a sense of the familiar — like a charismatic member of your neighborhood who always looks out for everyone’s best interest. And always with a playful, infectious joy that you just can’t fake.
